[Insight-users] About FEM Mesh

Hi all:
        I try to use FEM to resolve non-rigid image registration .Now I 've no idea how can I create a FEM mesh and visualize it. I have tested examples in ITk.I see some about this in ITKApplication ,but I don't know how to create and use my own mesh .I find someone can show their meshing from image in some paper .Do they just use ITK and VTK or other tools?
 Who can help me and give some interpretation?
