Hi Luis,
Thanks to replay me.

I use



typedef itk::ImageMaskSpatialObject< ImageDimension >MaskType;

        MaskType::Pointer spatialObjectMask = MaskType::New();


spatialObjectMask->SetImage( maskReader->GetOutput() );

metric->SetFixedImageMask( spatialObjectMask);


the mask covers all the head..... should I use a mask larger than the head?
