[Insight-users] Applying deformation field with WarpImageFilter

Hi Miki,

Please be more specific with your question.

1) It looks that the real problem is when
    reading the deformation field from a file.
    Is that right ?

if so,

2) Please load that file first in to ParaView

           http://www.paraview.org

     and verify that it has three components,
     and that you can Glyph it with vectors.


Don't move into the WarpImageFilter until
you have verified that your code can read
the deformation field correctly.
