[Insight-users] problems writing 4D images in nrrd format

Hi all,

I have some problems writing 4D images in nrrd format. The output image
is a 3D image. I've attached my code that reads a sequence, then
replaces the first frame with a provided 3D image, and finally writes
the modified 4D image to file. No problem with nifti files.

Any ideas?
