[Insight-users] sulcus(sulci) segmentation at human brain

Hi All,

since we got no response and it is very important, i ask you again:

We are looking for a way to perform segmentation of the sulcus part in the
humain brain in ITK.
Is there anyone who has such code or know where can we find one?

in addition, we are using the Slicer3D environment and wish to integrate it
in there so if there is such module in Slicer it will be great!
