[Insight-users] Paramethers of Vessel Enhancement

Dear All,

I am using Vessel Enhancing Diffusion Filter. I tried the
minSigma=0.3, maxSigma=4, NumberOfSteps = 12, NumberOfIteration=50,
howver, it seems that the result image has a lot of noise in it and
the vessels shift away from the orignal position.  The spacing of the
3D image is 0.36, 0.36, 0.4.

Could any one give me some suggestion about this problem.
