[Insight-users] local adaptive threshold

Hello reshedk

While itk has no adaptive threshold yet, you can find an implementation in
this article of the insight journal:
http://hdl.handle.net/10380/3133

You should be able to compile it and use it easily. By the way, if you find
useful this filter, please add a review of it in the insight journal, so the
method can be integrated in the official ITK branch sooner.
