[Insight-users] Usage of distance map

Hi superZZ,

There are many uses of the Distance Map....


but just to give you an example, please look
at its use for separating overlapping cells
in a microscopy image:
http://imagejdocu.tudor.lu/doku.php?id=gui:process:binary


The distance map compute distances from all
pixels in the image to the set of non-null pixels
of the input image.
