[Insight-users] Prior knowledge in BSpline deformable transform

Hi,
I am trying to register 2 images using BSpline deformable transform with
mutual information as a metric and linear interpolation.
I have the first image fully segmented, by deformable transform I want to
transfer this segmentation to the second image.
The second image is partially segmented in some regions. Is it possible to
incorporate this prior segmentation to improve
the deformable registration ?
