[Insight-users] [ITK][NIFTI] similarity between slices

Hi everyone, this is my first post in this ml, before posting I've
searched with google on ml and payed attention on itk manual.
I need to calculate in some way the similarity between slices of a
nifti file read (loaded) with itk::ImageIOBase.
Any idea? I need to do this to establish if different slices belong to
a one nifti image.
