Hi Sam,

Have you looked at Registration.Translation1.cs?
    http://code.google.com/p/manageditk/source/browse/trunk/Examples/Registration/itk.Examples.Registration.Translation1.cs

You should be able to simply pass your DCM file as input. Don't forget
to change the image type accordingly (eg. SS3 rather than UC2).
