[Insight-users] Help in Tetgen

Hello all,
 
i have download tetgen to generate tetrahedral mesh for object,
 
i have windows vista, and i followed the instruction to create exe as here:
http://tetgen.berlios.de/compile.html
 
but when i try to run tetgen.exe
 
it closed immediately, without let me write or even see the screen.
 
i don't know where is the problem??
 
if there is a way to call it from itk using the tetgen.h
 
please tell me
