[Insight-users] Region of interest extraction

Good morning everybody,

I want to work with huge 3D images. There is a efficient way in ITK to 
extract and charge in memory only a ROI of a huge 3D image without 
having it entirely in memory ?
Alternatively, there is a way to charge only a compressed version of a 
3D image and to be able to extract an uncompressed ROI of it?
