[Insight-users] Convert itkImageBase to vtkDataObject

Hello,

I'm using itkImageBase.ReadSeries (I use itkImage_UC3) to read in my DICOM
Series.  I need to convert this object into a vtkDataObject so that I can
use it in various vtk filters such as the vtkImageAccumulate object.  Any
ideas on how to do the conversion?
