Hi Vince,

Thanks for your reply, although I think the ScaleTransform changes the 
size in real world coordinates. What I wanted is to decimate the image 
(reduce the number of voxels while keeping the same real world size).

I think that Dan's suggestion to use the IdentityTransform was in the 
right direction.
