Hello, I'm trying to build ITK application obtained at git://itk.org/ITKApps.git after I successfully downloaded and build ITK, VTK and other related applications. It seems that ITKApps were not upgraded to the corresponding git versions of ITK and VTK. Does anybody know how can I download and build compatible ITK, VTK and ITKApps? Thanks, Oleg.
