[Insight-users] Java Wrapper for Transform Type

Hi Liang,

Many ITK Transforms are already wrapped
in the directory:

   ITK/Wrapping/WrapITK/Modules/BaseTransforms

You may be able to reuse those symbols
in order to wrap the CenteredTransformInitializer.
