[Insight-users] Mutual Information

Hello Dear Sir,

I am new in ITK, I have downloaded and installed ITK and also have made Binary 
files in windows OS and built them. I wanted to know can I use ITK's examples 
directly in my images?
I have an image that I need to use mutual information method in registration 
part, I found that it exists in Examples/Registration/ImageRegistration2.cxx
Can I use this code directly in my image? if yes please tell me how?
I would appreciate you help.
