[Insight-users] Build error - itk 3.20, gdcm 2.0.[15+] under mingw

Now I remember my situation. It was the same that Markus is
experiencing. This was with itk 3.20. I built gdcm outside itk and
specified itk to use the system gdcm. I got the same error as Markus.
Now I'm using itk head and gdcm2 is included with it. Here, I have no
problems with mingw.
So, the issue is with using a gdcm built outside of itk and selected
as the susyem gdcm.
