[Insight-users] How to extract pixel differences of images?

Hi Abayiz-

If you want an image with a pixel by pixel difference from two input images,
try the SubtractImageFilter. I am unsure what you mean by 'exclude'?

For one shot examples on how to implement, David Doria has provided a useful
suite.  He has an example on adding images, it would be very easy to change
this to the subtract filter mentioned above:
