[Insight-users] Reading nifti data

Hi,

I have nifti data which store vectors along dim4, which is according to 
the nifti documentation reserved for time courses. Vectors should be 
stored along dim5. At the moment I reformat them using the nifti lib and 
do further processing of the result with ITK. Is there a way to read 
such data without that intermediate step and rearrange them within ITK?

Those are eigenvector image volumes created by FSL.
