[Insight-users] using cvs

Hello,

I am a beginner developer and I would like to download and see the source
code of itk-snap. To do that I need to use cvs, so I choose the wincvs for
windows7 (64 bit). Could someone give me some basic steps to use the wincvs
to get the this source code?
