[Insight-users] Map results of itkLabelGeometryImageFilter to Image

Dear all,

I'm using ITK's labelGeometryImageFilter to calculate measures of segmented
regions. Is there a way to map the measures (for instance number of voxels
per label) to the regions?
With other words, that the voxels belonging to a certain region A get an
intensity representing total number of voxels in region A?

Or is the easiest way to iterate through the LabelImage using an iterator,
and assign the values myself?
