[Insight-users] itkTriangleMeshToBinaryImageFilter support for partial overlap?

I also use ITK4, and I put a breakpoint on that exception (and then manually
moved the execution point below it) in
itkTriangleMeshToBinaryImageFilter because
I did not have time to figure out how to remove the tetrahedron cell from
mesh.
