[Insight-users] How to write header information to Raw images?

Thanks guys for your responses. a Raw file without header information is
basically meaningless, since it carries no information about the image size,
pixel type, ..., and that's why I'm trying to put the image's header info at
the beginning of the each raw file. 
Bill, I used the code snippet you sent, it has two problems:
1. It produces the header information in a separate file.
2. It lacks some data that I'd like to see in the header file for my
application.
