[Insight-users] Evaluation of registration result

Hi,

Does ITK in between implement measures for evaluation of registration
results? other than image subtration, e.g.?

Looking at the ITK software guide, there are figures, e.g. in page 343,
showing a checkboard-like display of tiles from two images to visually
verify a registration result. Is there an example/insight application
generating such type of illustrations?
