[Insight-users] ITK Apps fail to compile

Since I got 4.0.0 from tarball, git command didn't work. I manually applied
the patch. However, there are several more instances of the similar
problem, such as in:
\InsightApplications-4.0.0\Auxiliary\vtk\vtkPolyDataToITKMesh.cxx, around
line 130.

In VTK configuration I only have "VTK_USE_METAIO" set to ON. In ITK
nothing. In ITKApps:
USE_MetaImageImporter and USE_MetaImageReadWrite set to ON.

BTW, I am in Central European Timezone, so we are mostly out of sync :(
