[Insight-users] itk 4.0.0 Visual 2010 related question

Dear Madame/Sir

I try to compile itk 4.0.0 with Visual 2010 - 64 bits and after
generating the solution, when trying to compile ALL_BUILD, the
compiler appears to be blocked with after message:

1>------ Build started: Project: ZERO_CHECK, Configuration: Debug x64 ------
1>Build started 12/31/2011 9:31:54 PM.

Could you please help?
