Hi Yang,
My suggestion is to download a ready-to-use image viewer and check whether if weight
and size tags can be accessed, if so, then your code might be the problem and if not, then
the image themselves could be causing the error. There is a multi-platform image viewer
(among other capabilities) with public domain license named "ImageJ" which is developed
by the NIH and can be downloaded from the following link,
http://rsbweb.nih.gov/ij/download.html  After loading the image press Ctrl+I to show the
image information.

Hello,

 

The program get crashed when I try to get patient's weight and size using
DICOM tags (0010|1030) and (0010|1020) respectively. But the program works
good using other tags, for example patient's age (0010|1010). Could you
please provide any opinion?
