Hi Luis
Yes it looks like one of the filters (Gaussian, Modulus, Gradient, Eigen, m_RescaleIntensitySmoothed, m_RescaleIntensityMedialness, m_RescaleIntensityMaxEigen or m_ParametricSpace or m_SpatialFunctionFilter), but I'm not sure...will wait for your response.

Hi Satish,

This looks like one of intermediate filters in the pipeline of the
Curves2DExtractor is not carrying along the information about image
spacing.

I'm now running a test with a non-unit spacing image to try to
replicate your report.
