[Insight-users] map the colours from the eigenvector

good afternoon itk users!
im trying to map the tracts in a slice to visualize and i have already have a vector (double, 3) with the eigenvalues and a matrix (3,3) with the eigenvectors. I know that i have to get the vector of the major eigenvalue, but i dont know how to convert them into rgb pixels after. Is there any ITK class to help me in this task?thanks in advance.Alba
