Which clang and which ITK exactly?

My nightly clang dashboards have not had any build errors for a while now:

But this combo is only recently supported.  There were recent fixes in
ITK, and clang's C++ support is new also.

Also, note that even with newest clang and newest ITK, many of the unit
tests fail, I believe because of this:
