Hi Gael,
If you're confident that your data pipeline is error-proof and you have done everything
according to the existing examples then try changing your internalPixelType to double
(or some other compatible data type) and let us know how it works out.

Actually after reading the images, I am using the normalizeImageFilter and the DiscreteGaussianImageFilter
to preprocess the images before registration.

But when I am calling the registration routine, I am getting errors.
I guess there may be errors when I am calling the CenteredTransformInitializer, Could someone
check my code and help me?
