[Insight-users] Loopy Belief Propagation implementation

I have written an implementation of Loopy BP on MRFs (where the MRF is an
itkImage) here:

As the title of the link suggests, I'm trying to demonstrate the code by
performing denoising on a binary image using the framework.

What I've learned about BP (and hence implemented) is in this document:

working quite right. Is anyone interested in looking at this? I'm not sure
if it is a theoretical problem or an implementation problem. If anyone is
familiar with Loopy BP and would like to help please let me know.
