HB,

In ITK you could use the itk::AutomaticTopologyMeshSource and then iterate
through the image to add hex for the voxel data. There is a voxel mesh
filter in 3D Slicer that we added that essentially does this. We have also
created the IA-FEMesh program (http://www.ccad.uiowa.edu/mimx/IA-FEMesh/)
that may be helpful as well.

How could i create hexahedral mesh for 3d object, is it possible with itk
