[Insight-users] Is there a simple way to concatenate vnl_vector or itkArray?

Hi guys,

I've got an application that need to concatenate two vectors either use
vnl_vector or itkArray.

As far as I know, we can just use for loop to assign values to form a new
vector, but it might be slow.

If you have a better idea please tell me. Cheers,
