[Insight-users] Cylinder spatial object with ellipse base

Hi Kana,

You can create whatever shape you like as an image then convert

it to a spatial object using the ImageMaskSpatialObject. See

code samples included in the "SpatialObjects" directory of the ITK

examples. Chapter 5 of the ITK software guide has more information

on how to do this.
