[Insight-users] correspondences among 3d segmentation

dear all,

i have about 25 segmentation volumes. each contains a single object.
I wish to find correspondences between the surface meshes of these , so that
i can do statistical comparisons. Which is the most effective way to find
these correspondences in ITK.
