[Insight-users] itkImageToHistogramFilter.h

[mathilde.merle]

Does anyone know how to compile the code with in the CMakeLists.txt :

INCLUDE_DIRECTORIES(
"/Users/../../Dev/InsightToolkit-3.20.0/Code/Review/Statistics/"
)

which generate compiling errors with itkMeasurementVectorTraits class ?

All the files have problems with the itkMeasurementVectorTraits.h.
In the ITK Statistics directory, I have the ".h" but not the ".txx"...

It is a problem with your .cxx file.
Your first argument in the template instantiation may be of the wrong type.
> Examine the class reference for that template and make sure you are using the write argument type.
Without see your .cxx file, I can't get more specific about the remIning errors.

I solve this problem by putting
include_directories( ... ) in my CMakeLists.txt file.
Where the ... are the paths to where the .h header files are located. I find these paths using linux's find command.
