[Insight-users] Read vtk.gz images

Dear all,

 

I'm working with VTK images gzipped for storage purposes. It seems readers
cannot read these images but can read nii.gz. Is there any contribution
around able to abstract .gz files?? Unzip the images to read them afterwards
it is not a very optimal solution as we work with large datasets.
