This still builds:
	typedef itk::Statistics::ImageToHistogramGenerator< 
                                               VectorImageType > 
HistogramGeneratorType; 


When you add this.
This one does not:
		HistogramGeneratorType::Pointer histogramGenerator =
HistogramGeneratorType::New(); 


????
