[Insight-users] read an image from a file

Thanks very much! Finally, I found that the problem is the dynamic link
libraries instead of static link libraries. When I use CMake, I set
BUILD_SHARED_LIBS on. Then dll files generate when ITK is compiled. When I
use ITK, I mix the dll files of debug and release!
