[Insight-users] anyone know how to clean and get the end and joint point from the skeleton image?

Hello everyone,

commonly, the skeleton image is not very clean and there are some fake joint
points and fake branches.
suppose I have the skeleton, anyone know  how to clean and get the end and
joint points from the skeleton image for 3D image?
any suggestion is welcome.
