[Insight-users] Masked NormalizeImageFilter

Dear all,

I'm using an approach similar as in
http://www.vtk.org/Wiki/ITK/Examples/ImageProcessing/NormalizeImageFilter to
normalize the intensities of my data. However, the filter takes the
background voxels into account while computing the mean and the variance. Is
there a way to mask the input of the filter?
