[Insight-users] Problems using boost::gil with itk

Hi,

i've getting into some troubles while using boost::gil (1.47) and itk
(3.2.0).

if i include one of boosts header files into a project, in which itk
is added to my include paths, im getting tons of errors like this:

Error   48      error C2039: 'ptrdiff_t' : is not a member of
'std'   c:\svn\trunk\extern\boost\1.47.0\boost\gil\step_iterator.hpp

is this a know isue? i've no idea how to fix this..
