[Insight-users] Brain Tumor Segmentation

 Thank you very much , I have succesfully integrated this in my project and the 
wrote the volume. Now , the problem is, when I show the slices in the GUI, by 
the LiverTumorSegmentation example, the images appear very noisy and unclear. 
Visualizing the same data with other apps, such as Snap,  reveals that the 
slices are just fine.

What do you suggest using for visualizing the slices?

Have you seen section 7.12.3 of the ITK Software Guide titled "Reading a 2D 
Dicom Series and Writing a Volume"?
