[Insight-users] Converting an itkMesh to a vtkUnstructuredGrid

I found some mailing list posts that pointed to an example in
InsightApplications. I tried to use it, but the resulting
vtkUnstructuredGrid has 0 cells, when I would expect it to have 3. Can
anyone see the problem?
