[Insight-users] Question about building ITK on Windows with VS 2008

I'm attempting to build ITK from source on Windows with VS 2008 WIN 32.  I
have cloned the repository from GIT and am attempting to build the program
with the following CMake options checked

BUILD_SHARED_LIBS
ITKGroup_Bridge
ITKGroup_Core
ITKGroup_IO

However, after I build the project I only get one dll, ITK-Common-4.0.dll
which is only 544 KB.  Is this correct?  I expected to get many more dlls.
 Did I do something wrong?
