[Insight-users] ITK/VTK version of Matlab's 'cpselect' for manual correspondence specification?

Has anyone seen a GUI that allows a user to select corresponding
points on two images and then register them using ITK? Matlab has a
function called 'cpselect' that is exactly the interface I am looking
for. I just don't want to reinvent the wheel if someone has already
done this with ITK/VTK.
