[Insight-users] DeformationFieldTransform vs LandmarkBasedTransformInitializer

David,

Eun Young (Regina) Kim is a graduate student working with me, and she is
working on adding Affine to the LandmarkBasedTransformInitializer.  It
should be relatively easy to add the scaleVersor and scaleSkewVersor after
that.

Perhaps the two of you could coordinate the testing of this new code.

Are these the only two classes to do landmark based registration in ITK?

I noticed that LandmarkBasedTransformInitializer can only compute a
rigid transform while DeformationFieldTransform seem to use a more
general transform - is this the intended difference?
